These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services and supply of products by NextGen Workshop Projects Powered by V-Tech (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging with our services, you (“the client”, “you”) agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. About Us

NextGen Workshop Projects Powered by V-Tech is a UK-based project management specialist providing complete turnkey solutions for workshop design, build and equipment installation. We also supply a wide range of garage equipment from leading manufacturers.

2. Scope of Services

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Full-scale project management for workshops and automotive spaces

  • Consultancy, planning, and layout design

  • Supply and installation of garage equipment

  • Health & Safety coordination and compliance support

3. Ordering and Contract Formation

  • Orders for goods or services must be confirmed in writing.

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

  • A binding contract is formed once you accept a quotation or proposal, and we confirm the commencement of work.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or contract. Default payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion or product delivery.

  • We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 5% above the Bank of England base rate.

5. Delivery and Installation

  • Delivery times are estimates and subject to third-party supplier timelines.

  • Delays outside of our control (e.g. logistics or supply chain issues) will not constitute a breach of contract.

  • Equipment installation will be scheduled after delivery and access to the premises is confirmed.

6. Returns and Refunds

We aim to ensure you are satisfied with our products and services. Returns or refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery or service completion.

  • Returned equipment must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and may be subject to restocking or administrative fees.

  • Custom orders or used goods are non-returnable unless defective.

7. Warranties and Liability

  • All new equipment is supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Project management services are provided with reasonable skill and care.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss resulting from the use of our services or equipment.

  • Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total value of the contract.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All drawings, plans, and documents created during the project remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive license to use them for your project only.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or provided in writing to clients.
